Biography
Mr. Hanna received his BA from the Evergreen State College in 1976. He received a Master's degree in education at the University of Idaho in 1978 while working as a teacher/intern at a local middle school. Mr. Hanna worked as a certified secondary teacher in both Washington State and California until 1988.
In 1988, Mr. Hanna received a juris doctor from Western State University and was licensed to practice law in California. He practiced criminal law with the firm of Stewart and Barnett in Santa Ana, California until 1992 and completed over 20 jury trials. In 1992, Mr. Hanna moved to the High Desert. In addition to representing injured workers, Mr. Hanna has also practiced as a defense attorney representing insurance companies and employers with the Law Firm of McDermott and McNamara. He returned to applicant practice with additional skills and knowledge to maximize benefits for his clients.
